What time is arrival and departure?

You can check in from 4pm on your arrival date. Check out time is by 10am.

Is there parking at the cottage?

Yes, there are two parking spaces at the side of the property. One is through the double gates. Additional free parking is on the road in front of the cottage.

Will I need to bring my own bed linen and towels?

Bed linen and towels are provided at the cottage. You will need to bring your own beach or swimming towels. If you are planning to use the travel cot, you will need to bring your own bedding for this.

How 'enclosed' is the garden?

The garden is securely fenced and you can close the double gates to secure the driveway.

What do you provide for children?

There is a high chair, travel cot and toddler step in the cottage. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. There is some children's cutlery and melanine crockery and tumblers in the kitchen. A selection of books and games including for young children are in the snug/games room.

Can I bring a pet?

Yes, you can bring up to two dogs for free. Please do not leave dogs unattended at the cottage. Norfolk is very dog friendly and details of beaches and pubs where they are welcome are listed in the cottage.

We kindly request that dogs stay downstairs and off soft furnishings.

Is there a pub and shop in walking distance?

Yes, The Kings Head and Bircham Stores & Cafe are both walking distance along pavement from the cottage.
